Author Rachael Wade continues her incredibly skillful and imaginative world-building, balancing in front of the avid reader a realm only she could have created. No suspension of disbelief is required, as the reader finds herself immediately catapulted into the story. “Magical thinking,” indeed-Ms. Wade’s writing is magically deft and vivid.
