Reviews: DIANE PAGE'S BOBBS AND THE LITTLE BOY SERIES

Today and tomorrow, July 2-3, I am featuring author Diane Page and some of her books for children, which encourage friendship, respect, understanding, and tolerance.

In "Bobbs and the Little Boy," the unnamed little boy, his parents, and big sister take a camping vacation, and at departure, buy souvenirs. The little boy only wants a lonely looking stuffed creature tucked away, up on the highest shelf. He spins discovers that was the best choice ever.

In "Bobbs and the Little Boy Meet Agnes," the likable elder couple across the street move away, and eventually a new family move in, with just one child, a daughter. Neither the Little Boy nor Bobbs are sure how they're going to like this, but as time passes, both they and Agnes learn the lessons of tolerance, patience, and friendship.

Come back tomorrow for my review of the truly delightful MR. ZIDDERDEEDEE by Diane Page.
