Review: THE BOOK OF BAD THINGS by Dan Poblocki
I discovered the work of Dan Poblocki several years ago, and became an immediate, enraptured fan. Although his newest has characters who are in the category of upper middle/lower YA ( three of the main protagonists are 12 headed for 13), this story is relevant for older YA and also.adults (which I think is true of his earlier writings as well). His writing is engrossing, with a special way of interweaving several backstories (in some cases, parallel narrative). I can't highly enough recommend this book and thus author.
