REVIEW: LEAVING EVA by Jennifer Sivec [THE EVA SERIES BOOK ONE]
LEAVING EVA is a heartbreaking tragic story whose fulcrum is the wrongs done by many in parental roles (whether parent, step, foster, or adoptive) to.each other and to the children in their care. Little EVA, hideously abandoned, is adopted by a emotionally immature couple who should never have been near children. Her birth father was vicious, her birth mother co-dependent.
