I admire an author who lives her teaching, who puts "the rubber to the road" in experimentation to discover the workable solutions. Deirdre Maloney and her spouse literally put their normal lives "on hold" to travel the globe in search of the answer to balance. As it turns out, as Joseph Campbell counseled, "Follow your bliss." Ms. Maloney provides not just discussions, explanations, and instructions, but exercises and real-life anecdotes to guide the reader in abandoning the impossible "have it all" and instead, finding bliss.
