Review: FULL MOON OVER CEDAR HILL by Edward Lorn

Yes, gory; yes, horror, yes, Preternatural. I won't pretend this is a clean-and-easy walk-in-the-park. It's mean, yucky, and clear-eyed about human failings. BUT this little story has some serious insights, and they're presented through the eyes of an elderly man who can move ONLY one pinky toe, one finger, both eyebrows, both eyes. Readers owe it to themselves to Both gasp at the horror--AND understand the deeper insights. (Yes, Virginia, horror can and does contain deeper meanings.)
