12 stars and WOW! What a "happening'" book! I couldn't take my eyes off the page nor stop reading. Bright young couple Julie and Brad just want to pursue their own version of the American Dream, so they "flip" residential property (buy low, clean up, maybe renovate mildly, sell higher). But they just can't reach their own optimal "flip point" (turning a profit, not relying on recalcitrant banking) until a "dream-come-true" appears: the Hemming House on Bedlam Road, Long Island. But too many dreams have crashed-and-burned at "Bedlam House," and Julie's and Brad's is all set to be the next failure enacted on this terribly haunted property.
