Review: BILLY LOVECRAFT SAVES THE WORLD

Surprisingly, I really enjoyed this. It was as if the great H. P. Lovecraft had returned to life, formed a partnership with John Bellairs, and then brought in Stephen Coonts as a collaborator, for technical knowledge. It's that good. Recently orphaned Billy lives alone in an ultra-secure Victorian, but he can't solve the mystery of his parents demise, nor battle Otherworldly incursions, alone. So, taking a clue from the RPG his parents created, Billy recruits five knowledgeable nerdy schoolmates and forms the real-life Cthulhu Detective Squad.

I reviewed a digital ARC generously provided by the publisher, Curiosity Quills Press, for the sole purpose of my fair and honest review. No fees were exchanged.
