Intrepid florist Simmy Brown, diligently striving to live and work peaceably in tiny Windermere in the scenic Lakes District in England, inadvertently falls into the midst of another murder investigation, proving that innocence is not always its own ALIBI and reward. But Persimmon Brown is nothing if not observant, clever, and resourceful, and provides another endearing cosy mystery for delighted readers.
