Review: DEADLY LULLABY by Robert McClure

DEADLY is the key word when operating in the Los Angeles underworld. You won't see any pretty side of the vast city here. Instead, it's  all grit and gore, seamy underbelly and crime, crime, crime. The moral lesson here might be: "if you did the time, be smart: no more crime." even a clever criminal's luck will run out. The publisher recommends this for readers of Harlan Coben and Robert Crais. My suggestion is:  for fans of  the down-and-dirty, impossibly gritty noir of Frank Bill, Jim Thompson, and Ken Bruen.
