REVIEW: THE CATALAIN BOOK OF SECRETS
A delightful, entrancing, and very magical tale (in many senses), this story offers immediate full suspension of disbelief, as comfortably as slipping into a pond of cool water on a hot summer afternoon. A female lineage of witches, as powerful as they seem, cannot always defend against the powers of physical strength, rage, or revenge. A pleasure to read and savor--I anticipate further stories from glorious Faith Falls, Minnesota.
